1. Stateless In-Memory Processing
GLYPH AI operates as a secure stateless sandbox. Uploaded files (PDFs, images, receipts, resumes, and invoices) are processed entirely in ephemeral server memory during the extraction session and are not permanently retained on our servers.
2. Zero AI Model Training on User Data
Your sensitive documents, contracts, financial invoices, and resumes are never used to train or fine-tune artificial intelligence models. All queries to multimodal models operate under strict zero-retention enterprise terms.
3. End-to-End Encryption & Secure Transport
All data transferred between your browser and our processing nodes is encrypted in transit using industry-standard TLS 1.3 protocols. Headers and payloads are sanitized before processing to prevent leakage.
4. Client-Side History & User Data Control
For unauthenticated guests, document history is stored strictly on your local device (LocalStorage). Registered users have complete control over cloud history records and can purge all past extractions with a single click.
5. Account Deletion & GDPR / Right to be Forgotten
You can permanently delete your GLYPH AI account, profile, and associated history at any time from your Account Dashboard under Privacy. Deletion is executed immediately with no residual copies kept.
